SHIPPING POLICY:

Any order over $125.00 will receive free shipping in CONTINENTAL US AND CANADA unless otherwise noted. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, US Military APO, FPO, Guam, American Samoa, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Palau, FPO addresses. Free shipping does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska or certain remote areas of Canada. Shipping to home non business addresses will have a $10.00 fee added to their order. Please email or call us for special shipping rates inquiries at info@winches2go.com or 1-855-324-6266.

Winches2go will ship your order directly from the Winches 2 Go warehouse in Canada. Please allow an average of 1 to 3 business days to receive your order.

All orders received before 2 p.m. EST will be shipped on the same day.
Orders received after 2 p.m. EST will be shipped the following business day.

Certain heavy Winching items, such as C8000EWX winch will ship free only to business addresses. Add a minimum of 89.99$ for shipping to residential addresses. Also C9500SD, C9500HD, C9500HS, C10000EWX, C12000EWX, C17500EWX, C10000NH, C15000NH, Add an additional 89.99$ for freight as these are very heavy winches and may require truck freight.

Please Note: A $15.00 Handling Fee and a $15.00 Credit Card fee will be added to the shipping on each order.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:.

If you need to cancel an order that was placed during our business hours of 8 am to 5 pm EST, you must call us at 1-855-324-6266 within 15 minutes of placing the order; if not, we cannot guarantee that the order will be cancelled. To cancel orders placed outside our regular business hours, you must call us the following business day between 8 am and 9 am EST to cancel your order. In all cancellation instances, you must speak to a live customer service representative to cancel the order; no emails or phone messages will be accepted. Failure to follow the order cancellation policy will result in additional charges, such as inbound and outbound freight along with restocking fees.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

RETURNS (SHIPPING ERRORS AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS):

We take full responsibility for return of items with shipping errors, website errors or items received defective or damaged. We will issue a full credit for parts received by error or defective parts. In either case, a new part will be sent free of freight charges and the erroneous/defective/damaged part will be returned to a facility at no cost to you. Please note that original freight charges (if applicable) will not be refunded. For shipping errors or damaged items, you have 10 business days to contact us to notify us of the error. For defective goods, you have 365 days following your purchase for the return. We will issue an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number and will issue a call tag for the pick-up of parts to be returned to our facility.

We do not offer a credit for labour costs or lost time for the installation and removal of defective parts.

GENERAL STOCK RETURNS:

**IN THE EVENT THAT YOU ORDERED A WINCH THAT YOU ARE UNABLE TO INSTALL ON YOUR VEHICLE AND WARRIOR MANUFACTURING CONFIRMS THAT THIS IS THE RIGHT WINCH, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FREIGHT RETURN TO THE MANUFACTURER NOR LABOUR COSTS FOR INSTALLATION. THERE WILL ALSO BE A 15% OR 25% RESTOCKING FEE APPLIED TO THE RETURN.**

You may return any unopened items in their original packaging to our facility. A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the amount to be refunded if you paid freight for your order. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN ON OUTBOUND FREIGHT. A 25% restocking fee will be applied if your order qualified for the FREE SHIPPING promotion. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returned parts are properly packaged and addressed to the address indicated on the RGA document. You have 10 days following the receipt of your order to call us for an RGA number and return your item(s). If the item received at our facility is incomplete or packaging is damaged, an additional restocking fee may be applied.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

Please call our toll free number at 1-855-324-6266 from 9 AM EST to 4 PM EST (Monday through Friday) to obtain your RGA (Returned Goods Authorization). Please have your order number, email address and reason for the return when calling us for the RGA. An official RGA document will be sent to you, which you will need to include with the return of item(s). This RGA document will include shipping instructions. All returns should be accompanied by the RGA number; returns with no RGA numbers or orders that are refused by the shipper will have a 35% restocking fee applied and original outbound freight will be charged. Once we have received our credit from Warrior Winch Manufacturing, we will issue you your credit card refund. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
